HOW PAYMENT WORKS
Concrete Blessings Food Concepts uses Clover as an approved commercial payment-processing platform. Event payment instructions are provided only after the applicable event details, pricing, and booking requirements have been reviewed and confirmed.
Client Inquiry
Submit your event details through the Book Us form. No payment is required at this stage.
Chef Rafa Reviews
The Concrete team reviews your request and follows up to discuss your event in detail.
Custom Quote & Proposal
You receive a tailored proposal with event details, menu, staffing, and investment — built specifically for your event.
Client Approval
Review and approve the proposal. No funds are collected until you have reviewed and agreed to the event terms.
Clover Payment Request
Payment is processed through an authorized Concrete Blessings Food Concepts Clover invoice or payment request. Complete payments only through approved methods.
Event Confirmed
Payment is documented and your event is officially booked. The Concrete team handles everything from here.
Submitting an event inquiry does not require immediate payment and does not reserve an event date. Clients should complete payments only through authorized Concrete Blessings Food Concepts invoices, Clover payment requests, or other specifically approved payment methods. Do not send funds through unapproved third-party channels.
